Meet Bev

We are so happy to announce an amazing milestone accomplishment for Bev who has officially slayed over 400 total classes with Kyle House Fitness. These milestone moments are always our favorite part about our work in our community. And today, we get to highlight a very special goal crusher, Bev, who has overcome quite a bit to get to where she is today.

Bev started her journey with us back when we first opened our doors in September of 2016. This hard working HIIPster has overcome 16 broken bones from an accident about 3 years ago and has come such a long way. We couldn’t be more proud.

“Perseverance and will power can go a long way in any fitness journey,” said Kyle House, owner of Kyle House Fitness. “Bev is an inspiration for her KHF fitfam and local Chattanooga community.”

Bev has made great strides after her recovery and continues to see increased strength and endurnace from taking the signature KHF HIIPfit classes.

Recently, we had the pleasure of chatting with Bev to learn more about her experience with us at KHF and more about her fitness journey.

What is your favorite thing about working out at KHF?

“Love the staff but keeping myself strong and fit as I approach 63 years old is a major goal for me!”


What is your favorite part of the HIIPfit high-intensity interval class?

“The cool down of course! LOL!!”


What has been your biggest fitness success at KHF?

“Sticking with it for 5 years after a terrible accident 3 years ago… I broke 16 bones and was immobile for a month. I give so much credit to the fact that I had good muscle tone and was strong for the fast recovery…. Then I worked with a personal trainer to get back into HIIPfit  classes!!  I’m m so proud of my perseverance. ”

What is your favorite exercise or movement in HIIPfit?

“I love the yoga and stretching, our bodies need this!!!.”

What would you tell someone thinking of diving into the KHF fitness experience?

“Just do it!!! I’ve referred several friends to give it a try, they’re still here today!! It’s addicting!! Love my fitness family here!”

What are your future fitness goals at KHF?

“Maintaining a healthy weight and tone! ”

How are you going to continue your new and improved lifestyle?

“Keep coming!! Maybe try to fit an extra day per week!!! Y’all are the best! Thanks for your help throughout the last 5 years


Bev, thank you so much for sharing your journey with everyone. Also, Thanks for being a beacon of inspiration to show that even after injury, you can push through and overcome anything. We have enjoyed watching you bounce back to taking classes again. It took no time! You are so strong.
