Kyle House Fitness Chattanooga HIIPfit Heroes - Chris
Meet Chris.
Say hello to one of the KHF OG’s Chris and help us welcome him into the HIIPfit Hero club because he has completed over 400 HIIPfit classes.
Chris started his Kyle House Fitness journey with us back when the very first HIIPfit classes were taught in 2016. Since that time he has been dedicated to his fitness goals, and you can usually catch Chris in one of the evening classes. He brings a lot of strong energy to the HIIPfit room. If you run into Chris at the studio, you will quickly learn he is one of the nicest people you will meet. We truly appreciate all of his hard work and positive energy he brings with each and every workout.
We were able to sit down with Chris for a quick chat and we got to learn a little more about this HIIPfit Hero. Here are some of the questions we asked him:
What is your favorite thing about working out at KHF?
“The unique and challenging workouts. Also, the very friendly and professional staff.”
What is your favorite part of the HIIPfit high intensity interval class?
“I like the structure of the workout going from the treads to floor exercises. The amount of cardio that you do during class is something I wouldn’t ordinary do on my own.”
What has been your biggest fitness success?
“At one point I had lost nearly 30 pounds. While I haven’t always maintained that loss, I haven’t put back on all of it. Also, I’ve been able to maintain a level of all around fitness that I’ve never had before. Endurance, strength, flexibility. Normally I would not focus on all of these at once, but the class structure ensures that your entire body is taken care of.”
What is your favorite exercise or movement in HIIPfit?
“King Kongs”
What would you tell someone thinking of diving into the KHF fitness experience?
“Fitness and dieting are essential to your well-being. If you care about and value yourself you’ll get all you need and then some at KHF.”
What are your future fitness goals at KHF?
“Being able to maintain a steady diet. I get off track too often and disrupts my time I put in at classes.”
How are you going to continue your new and improved lifestyle?
“Track my macros on a daily basis and continue to take classes 4-6 times a week.”
Chris, thank you so much for sharing your journey with everyone. You are an inspiration to your community and we look forward to your continued success and conquering even more of your goals!
Cheers to looking good and feeling good!
