Meet Marci.
This lovely lady deserves a round of applause as she has completed over 400 HIIPfit Classes! That’s incredible! We are so proud of Marci and all of her hard work in the HIIPfit room. She is a joy to have in the studio and we want to shine some light on her progress and brag on her a bit :) .
Marci started her Kyle House Fitness journey with us in January of 2017. Since that time, she has been tracking her strength and endurance levels. It’s been great being along side her on this transformation. Marci definitely understands that fitness as a lifestyle is where all the results come to light. Marci is determined to continue her fitness journey and we are excited that she is well on her way to smashing through 500 classes! Yas!
We were able to sit down with Marci for a quick chat and we got to learn a little more about this HIIPfit Hero. Here are some of the questions we asked her. Let’s see what she had to say:
What is your favorite thing about working out at KHF?
“I love all of the instructors-they make you feel so comfortable and are very encouraging. I also like all the class times that are offered making it easy to fit into my schedule every day.”
What is your favorite part of the HIIPfit high intensity interval class?
“It is always challenging and up to you to push yourself a little bit harder each time.”
What has been your biggest fitness success?
“Inclines have gotten much easier. Still struggling with the yoga poses but I am trying to become more flexible-something I have never been!”
What is your favorite exercise or movement in HIIPfit?
“I really like the treadmill because you can really gage if you are improving by the speeds you are able to do.”
What would you tell someone thinking of diving into the KHF fitness experience?
“It is really for all levels and you can feel yourself getting in better shape when you look at the treadmill and are able to do numbers you couldn't do the week before. And the instructors are so encouraging and it is a fun gym to belong to.”
What are your future fitness goals at KHF?
“To make better eating decision. I feel like I look forward to class each day but sometimes ruin it with what I decide to eat.”
How are you going to continue your new and improved lifestyle?
“I will keep coming to KHF and hopefully keep running faster and getting stronger.”
